Offices, furnished and installed.

We design the space, source every piece, and our team installs it — so your team can focus on moving in, not on managing six vendors.

If it goes in the office, we source it and install it. One purchase order, one point of contact, one install date.

From a ten-person startup to a full floor.

We’ve furnished offices, clinics, and startup headquarters, from a single suite to a full fit-out. The size changes; the process doesn’t. One team plans the space, sources every piece, and installs it.

How it works

We start before the keys.

Furniture lead times run 4–12 weeks, so the earlier we’re involved, the smoother move-in goes. Here’s what happens, and when:

  1. 01At lease signing

    Walk the space

We visit, take dimensions, and talk through headcount, how your team works, and budget.

  2. 02During construction

    Design, spec, and order

You get a layout and a full product list — real products, prices, and lead times. Approve or swap anything, and we order so pieces land as the space is ready.

  3. 03Two weeks out

    Coordinate delivery

Every vendor and delivery window lined up, COIs filed, building requirements handled, freight elevator booked.

  4. 04Move-in week

    Install

Our crew delivers, assembles, and places every piece, then hauls the boxes away.

Your team walks into a finished office.

For brokers and project managers

The piece at the end of your process.

You get them the space. We furnish it. Your client asks about furniture the moment the lease is signed, and most of the time there’s no good answer — so they end up managing six vendors themselves.

We’re that answer. No cost to you, one point of accountability for them, and it makes the whole move go better.
